Structures of the Mind
This is all about mind frames and structures of thought, how we can decide how we feel and act in the world and design the kind of results that we get. What the structures available to us are, what they are made of, how we can create new structures and deconstruct old structures.
Many people who are getting into spiritual practices or training, are with great effort trying, striving and straining towards the infinite. Here we explore a reversal in thinking and approach, ways of how to position ourselves to receive that infinite current from the universe, and how to embody it into our lives?
Preparing for the infinite, is an alternate stratagem with the aim of consistently progressing towards embodying greater states of consciousness, greater levels of energy, higher currents and amplitudes of frequencies.
Source code reality structures, like time/ space, mind, memory, physics. Beliefs are constructs of the mind. Whatever we believe to be real is what we perceive to be real. Whatever you believe in, is what you experience as being real. What do we think and why?
Simulation theory, is it useful to adopt? A deeper look at structures of the mind, tapping into the source code of the matrix simulation. What is really possible from here?

About: My experience is that relaxation is an incredibly important skill when accessing other frequencies which is beyond your normal range of experiences. Relaxing is a skill, in itself and its benefits are both vast and deep in its efficacy. It’s not sitting there and doing nothing, some people think when we are relaxing we just sit there doing nothing.
Anyone getting into mediation for the first time or people who have years of experience will experience all kinds of triggers, stressors and distractions.
How do we relax through all of that and re-enter into that expanded state and into the infinite frequency that is always there waiting for us to tap into?

You may have heard that there are tribes who know only community and peace because they have no word for war and others who have seven words to describe snow. But, did you know that there is far greater meaning behind the word compassion to the Buddhists?
Just as being by lingual or knowing multiple languages can give you an advantage when travelling, or knowing different programming languages can grant access to many things; the use of the very same language you’ve used your whole life to shape your reality, when used in other ways, can give you an advantage and access to previously unknown states of being and dimensions of reality.
In this training session, we’ll be looking at language as the container of our thoughts, how we use language to construct beliefs, and their structure to manifest.
We will look at the ways coded language can shape the thoughts of the mind to create and shape your reality and the reality of those around you.

Seekers trying to find a ‘fix’ for this affliction, look to guru’s, healers, teachers, meditation and spirituality. But could the remedy be worse than the cure? Have you ‘really’ missed the boat? Is the ‘real thing’ packaged in a way that makes you more likely to buy? Is investing in the latest five-step program going to buy you the result you want? Does the latest best selling book hold the “missing piece” you’ve been searching for?
In this training session, we will look at the Approaches to Training and Spiritual Practices, their causes and effects, their risks and rewards. We’ll identify and demystify the motivating factors from within and without, to get a clear picture of what the ‘journey’ really is. And how to navigate the pseudo-spiritual celebrity, the genius marketer in ‘saviours’ clothing and the drill sergeant turned yoga instructor.
So you know the ‘How’ and the ‘What’, but do you know the ‘Why’?
A greater number of breathing techniques and practices, both modern and ancient are emerging, catered towards specific outcomes. These techniques can be called breath patterns or breath gears.
We now know about the effects and benefits of breathing techniques on the biological system and how they change brain chemistry and physiology, how they can strengthen the immune system and heal the body and how they can give us access to mystical states and superhuman abilities.
Do you know what breath to use to destress? Do you know what breath to use to meditate like a Zen Buddhist Monk? Or what breath to use to recover faster, manage pain, swim under the ice?
If you do great, chances are though you learned that from someone, they told you the ‘what’ and the ‘how’. But what’s the breath for telepathy, remote viewing or out of body experiences?
Or more down to the ground, what’s the breath gear to complete 100 push ups with ease, run 5km’s non stop or to learn a new language?
It’s time now to also understand the ‘why’ behind the different breaths, breath patterns and breath gearing, and why they came to be that way.
With this new understanding of ‘why’ a breath has a certain pattern, a breath gear, leads to a master key or lock-pick set, to uncover and reveal the breath patterns and gearing to any and all sequences and patterns.
After this training session you’ll know what to look for and how to find the breath codes to align the physical with a multidimensional experience and vice versa.
